2. What Philippine Source does

Philippine Source is a B2B marketplace that connects business buyers worldwide with verified suppliers in the Philippines. We do not sell products directly. We do not handle payments between buyers and suppliers. We do not take ownership of any goods. All transactions happen directly between buyers and suppliers.

3. Waitlist

During our pre-launch phase, you can join our waitlist to receive updates about the platform. By joining, you agree to receive emails from Philippine Source about our launch and service. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Supplier accounts

Suppliers who are approved to join the platform must provide accurate business information and valid documentation. We verify supplier credentials before listing them. We reserve the right to reject or remove any supplier that provides false information or does not meet our standards.

5. Buyer accounts

Buyers can browse the platform for free. When contacting suppliers, buyers must use accurate business information. We are not responsible for the outcome of any deal between a buyer and a supplier.

6. Our role

Philippine Source is a platform, not a party to any transaction. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any products listed. We do not guarantee that suppliers will fulfil orders. We verify supplier documentation, but this does not constitute an endorsement or warranty of any kind.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for anything illegal
• Provide false or misleading information
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our supplier data
• Interfere with the platform or other users
• Circumvent our verification process

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, design, logos, code) belongs to Philippine Source unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Philippine Source is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the platform, its availability, or its accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform or from any transaction between buyers and suppliers.
