Philippine Source ("we", "us", "our") operates philippinesource.com. We are a B2B marketplace connecting business buyers worldwide with verified suppliers in the Philippines. Our registered address will be published here once Philippine Source Ltd is incorporated.

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Role: whether you are a buyer or supplier
• Name: your full name
• Business name: your company or trading name
• Email address: to contact you about launch updates
• Country: to understand our audience geography
• What you buy or sell (optional): to understand demand and supply
• Consent record: that you agreed to this policy

We do not collect payment details, government IDs, bank information, or any sensitive personal data on the waitlist.

3. How we use your data

• To add you to the Philippine Source waitlist
• To email you about our launch and relevant updates
• To analyse aggregate interest (e.g. how many buyers vs suppliers, which countries)
• To improve our service before and after launch

We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We process your data based on:

• Consent: you actively opt in by submitting the waitlist form and ticking the consent checkbox

Your data is stored securely using cloud services (such as Google Sheets and/or Supabase). These services may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

We retain your waitlist data until Philippine Source launches and you either create an account or ask us to delete your data. If we decide not to launch, we will delete all waitlist data within 12 months.
